What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, website, approximate ad budget and anything you choose to write in your message. Our website may record basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, email and calendar providers and video call tools, under their own data protection terms. When we work on a client's advertising or analytics accounts, we process that data on the client's instructions and under our agreement with them.
International transfers
Serann LLC is based in the United States and some of our providers store data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@serann.marketing and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU to your local data protection authority.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page. Significant changes will be highlighted here before they take effect.
